Aviation Records
Our Records Department provides administrative support for maintaining and ensuring compliance related to pilot qualifications, training documentation, flight and duty time records, and regulatory adherence for crewmember requirements.
This department plays a critical role in upholding regulatory integrity by managing pilot records in accordance with FAA regulations for Part 135 & Part 91 operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the collection, verification, and tracking of all pilot training and regulatory requirements.
Providing support with reminder notifications for any coming due crewmember training and documentation.
Coordinating with flight operations, training departments, and human resources to ensure records reflect current qualifications and certifications.
Ensuring accurate and timely input and retrieval of data in the Pilot Records Database (PRD) and all other cloud-based storage systems unique to each client’s operation.
Supporting and providing guidance for internal and external audits and regulatory reviews related to pilot records.
Developing internal standards and best practices for recordkeeping compliance, digital systems usage, and data handling.
